Our services are intended for visitors over age 16, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from persons under 16 years of age.

    Camino Financial and each of its representatives, successors, agents, assigns and designees (“Recipients” and collectively “we”) will collect personal information required to verify your personal and/or business information to qualify you for loans directly funded by Camino or with active banks, non-depository lenders and other lending sources. We may collect personal information from you when you make an inquiry, contact us, or request or submit an application for a loan. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you, or can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly.We may collect personal information that includes, but is not limited to, your financial statements, bank statements, personal and business information, personal and business credit history, social security number, tax ID number and bank information. We may visit your website, public disclosures and social media outlets to obtain more information. Personal information requested for applications is required to process your application. You give consent for Camino Financial and Recipients to request (a) credit report(s) on all persons described in the Terms of Use from one or more consumer and business reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties. You also authorize Camino Financial employees or representatives to complete the fields required within our loan application on your behalf, subject to your review. You also consent to the release to us by any creditor, financial institution, or other third party who has done business with you of information relating to any of you, excluding information directly or indirectly taken from personal or business credit reports. Once you have submitted an application, we may reach out to you again for more information.

    We may collect your name and email address when you submit a webform, or contact us directly using our Site. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, communicate with you, or for other informational or marketing purposes in accordance with your marketing preferences.

    We may also collect indirect information about how you access or use the Site and our services. This indirect personal information may include your computer operating system, browser type, browser language, webpages visited, Internet protocol (IP) address, and other information about your use and actions on our Site. We use this information to analyze, administer, or optimize the Site, and monitor usage to help improve our Site and services.

    Security and Information Storage

    We take the security of your information very seriously. We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect and secure your personal information. We strive to implement best practices to safeguard your information, but you should understand that no data storage or data transmission process is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Camino protects your information with 2048 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This creates a bank level encrypted connection when submitting application forms on the Camino website. All data is securely kept on Amazon Web Service’s servers in the United States.

    If you allow Camino to see your banking information online rather than in paper form, we may record that information on a read-only basis. We do not have access to change, edit, or modify your online banking account information in any way, nor to make any transactions on your behalf.

    Use of Information

    We may use the information you provide about yourself and/or your business to fulfill your requests for our Services, to respond to your inquiries about our Services, and to offer you other products, programs, or services that we believe may be of interest to you. We may use your information to complete transactions you request, to verify the existence and condition of your accounts, or to assist with a transaction. We may use your information to improve and personalize the Services and any related services, including future products and services. For example, we may use your information to pre-fill form fields on the sites for your convenience.

    Sharing of Information

    We may share your information with third party vendors or service providers to fulfill our legitimate business purposes, such as to extend credit, or provide analytic or archival services.     We may partner with Third Parties to provide our Site and services. This Site may also contain third party links from partners or other third parties. We do not control third party links or sites. You are subject to these third parties’ privacy policies. Please review third party privacy policies to inform you of how they may use your personal information.

    Use of Cookies & Similar Tracking Technologies

    We, or third parties, may use cookies (small text files stored on your computer) or similar tracking technologies such as web beacons to help analyze trends on our Site, such as the number of visits on a webpage.

    Telephone and Email Communications

    We may provide customers who have registered with us for this purpose to receive telephone calls, ringless voicemails, email alerts, and summaries of their activity as set forth in the Terms of Use and in other agreements with us. Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related telephone calls and emails, such as email alerts.

    Short Message Service (“SMS”) Communications

    We may provide customers who have registered with us with SMS alerts regarding our Services. Registered customers can opt out of receiving these SMS alerts by texting the word “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. At that point, you will no longer receive any further SMS messages from Camino.

    Changes to Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will provide you with a notification to that effect as required by applicable law. You may continue to receive non-marketing emails even after you have unsubscribed.
