Community Letter: a New and Exciting Partnership

At Camino Financial, we’re always thinking of new ways to help small business owners. Every day, we’re on the lookout for new and exciting partnerships that can allow us to reach a wider audience so we can keep honoring our motto, “No Business Left Behind.”

Our mission has always been to offer affordable financial products to all the underserved communities in America. And, so far, we’ve been able to help more than 3,300 businesses by investing more than $88 million in small businesses that operate in low-to-moderate income (LMI) areas that are disproportionately left out of funding.

That’s why we’re so proud and excited to announce a partnership that will help us expand our reach.

We are now part of Lendio’s marketplace!

This new and exciting partnership will help us make sure that we fill the capital disparity gap that many communities suffer, which has worsened since the COVID-19 pandemic started last year. In short, it will allow us to help more minority businesses access the capital they need.

Lendio is one of the best business loan marketplaces in the country. Every single day, they help hundreds of business owners from all walks of life access the capital they need. Their huge reach and reputation will allow us to keep offering the best financial products to even more people: helping us create financial inclusion and strengthen communities so they can create generational wealth.

This is what Brock Blake, CEO, and co-founder of Lendio, had to say about this exciting news:

“Lendio is thrilled to be partnering with Camino Financial to open up funding opportunities to more business owners across the U.S. Lendio and Camino are aligned in our mission to make access to capital more inclusive, particularly for very small businesses and for women- and minority-owned businesses.”

But how will this exciting news benefit business owners like you?

This partnership will give us the tools we needed to scale our operations and reach a wider audience, which, in turn, gives us the power to finance many more underserved communities all across the country. We can meet the demand of capital of over $60 billion in these ignored markets.

In short, this will allow us to create a brighter future for you and other business owners:

  • Camino will keep supporting your business success
  • We can grow the minority small business community
  • A bigger business community means we can offer you more benefits

Now, more than ever, we can use this partnership to leverage our data and AI to keep helping minority business owners with lending products that have affordable rates, educational resources that help empower our members, and the warmest and homeliest customer service.
